Order Processing & Fulfilment

Once purchased, our team will start working on your order! We work with fulfilment partners so our homes aren’t full to the brim with boxes.

Please note: When ordering from overseas (outside of the UK), customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay applicable customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the product price (subject to inspection) less outbound shipping, return shipping, and any handling fees incurred.

 

Delivery Times

UK Standard Delivery: 9-15 working days.

UK Express Delivery: 5-7 working days (select this option at checkout).

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel gets lost in the post or arrives damaged, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us at support@thefilthypig.co.uk so we can resolve the issue quickly.
